My Game is Randomly Crashing on Switch

Dear, Devs
I play OW on switch at the moment and ever since the season 9 update my game has been randomly crashing at least once a secession. I don’t know what is wrong but I would like it to be fixed cause OW is well a lot of fun trying out “new” hero’s.

The staff is aware and addressed the issue. Other players recommended turning off the kill cam.

We’re aware of the issues being experienced with the Nintendo Switch and it’s actively being worked on. Update on the situation:

Nintendo Switch crashes playing Season 9

No, this is still an ongoing issue. Once we’re confident it has been fixed we’ll make sure the Known Issues topic I linked to earlier will be updated. The latest update I have is that they believe they have it fixed and are working to get a patch ready for Switch users. This isn’t something Blizzard has full control over, so I’m not able to offer a specific time when that patch will become available for download but I did want to confirm there has been progress.
