Is this a bug since it’s a new version of the game, has anyone else had this, any fix?

I also have this problem but my requests all show 
Same problem. When I tried to add friend it said they already exist in my list… which is empty…

Hey! I had this same issue and closed, clicked repair/rescan and then relaunched and its fixed. This was after trying to relaunch the client 4 times with no luck.
I also have the same problem, my friends are gone…
I’m also having this problem, after the maintenance yesterday my friends list is gone and won’t let me add anyone due to “already being friends”
I’m going to try this and see if it fixes the issue for me.
update: It seemed to fix it. Nice
