im trying to figure out why my first match after loading overwatch always runs terribly now
it didnt use to do this before and my computer is clearly capable of running the game without this issue as it runs perfectly fine after (or after about 5 mins go by)
im only running medium settings and my first match feels like its running at 20 fps
SAME. You’re not alone, first match just keeps freezing and I have to suffer through it before things go back to normal. The only partial solution I’ve found is to go into a custom game before an actual game, and leave my computer running for a couple minutes until frame rate goes back to normal. I usually go into mercy parkour, that way it doesn’t matter if my frames freeze because no one is attacking me and I’m not inconveniencing any teammates.
