Now for sure we know the things which attacked Mina Liao are Echo’s bombs and Echo is Mina Liao’s second project after her successful Athena prototype.
The theory is Echo (AI itself) saw how badly damaged its creator by accident and so as an apology Echo sacrificed itself so Mina Liao can live on in Echo.

For sure but the 14? Mina was 14 years old at that time or she worked 14 years in Overwatch to the accident day? Damn.

These ICAO codes are an abbreviation for two military airports. Echo was traveling on a train from Hurlburt Field (in Florida) to Davis-Monthan (in Arizona). Between the two destinations we can note the Route66, in New Mexico

I think it’s more possible that’s her years of work in Overwatch.
Morrison leaded Overwatch 20 years while Reyes leaded Overwatch about 5 years.
Omnic Crisis started 30 years ago.
