My account says it merged but its been like a month

When I merged my account for the first time like a month ago all my stats, skins or any unlocks are gone. it’s basically a fresh account. although I’ve played for like 4 years on my ps4 account with a lot of hours and unlocks. it says my account has merged a long time ago but nothing has yet to happen, they said to wait and see but nothing happened

I have the same exact issue. All of my connections are correct. My progress is simply not linked to my account. It is a problem with the game that needs to be addressed this happened to me a month ago and I’ve lost my chance to level up in my battlepass and opportunities to buy skins on my ACTUAL account. I repeat this is not a problem with connections or accounts leaked. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE GAME.

I am also experiencing this problem. I submitted a ticket days ago and haven’t gotten anything back. However, I did notice that I had my league skins back (like my contenders skin for Genji) so I’m still hoping the rest of the stuff will follow soon. But I’m also concerned because I checked my ps4 account on my console and it appears all my cosmetics are gone off of there. So maybe I messed something up in their super vague cross progression system and now the 4years of items I have accumulated are gone. And a nice cherry on top: if I’m expected to start over from scratch now, I have to pay for everything, since there’s basically no way to earn in game currency anymore. It’s all so frustrating and disappointing.

I have a similar problem when entering the game I had all my progress lost several days passed and they returned but when I connected my switch I lost all skins level and even the battle pass well I bought the premium and now I have it blocked and I lost the 2000 coins they gave when buying it
I have sent tickets but they only give me generic answers and they do not help me at all

I have waited almost 2 months and still have nothing it is ruining my experience of the game. I submitted a ticket on battle.net but i only got a basic reply and it told me to come to the forums i saw 100’s of people with the same problem but on all the forums i have seen there was not one comment from the devs saying they are sorry and they are trying to fix it. It feels like they dont care
