Here are the changes I would make if the game goes to 5v5, I will be breaking them down by role. I will also be using the 4 role system that I came up with, you can find the link here:
Without further ado, here are the changes I would make:
Tank:
- Role wide passive ‘Rooted’ reduces enemy ultimate generation and recieved knockback by 30%
Orisa:
- Fusion Driver damage from 11 to 13
- Projected Barrier cooldown from 10 to 8
- Projected Barrier health from 600 to 800
Reinhardt:
- ‘Steadfast’ passive replaced with ‘Crusader Battlesuit’ passive
- ‘Crusader Battlesuit’ passive increases movement speed by 30%
- Armour from 200 to 275
- Firestrike damage from 100 to 110
Roadhog:
- Scrap Gun damage from 6.6 to 7
- Chain Hook cooldown from 8 to 7
Sigma:
- Shields from 100 to 200
- New passive ‘Float’ Sigma is unable to trigger enemy ground hazzards (like Steel Trap and Molten Core), has no footeps, and moves at 100% movement speed in all directions (from 90% when moving backwards)
- Hyperspheres range from 22 to 25
- Experimental Barrier health from 700 to 900
- Accretion is now considered a melee attack for the purposes of ability interactions (this will noteably allow it to penetrate barriers)
Winston:
- Armour from 150 to 175
- Tesla Cannon damage from 60 dps to 70 dps
Wrecking Ball:
- Adaptive Shield grants ultimate charge to enemies
- Adaptive Shield cooldown from 15 to 12
New Hero: ‘Rampage’
A Talon heavy assault trooper named Mauga, made for the Rein mains that can’t unbind shift. Very high health, melee range, moves and attacks faster for a short time after taking damage, taking more damage increases the strength of the buff. Has a small barrier that can absorb damage to be inflicted on himself in a burst later, burst release also shares his speed buffs with allies, ultimate is the use of his two gatling cannons.
New Hero: ‘Descartes’
‘I think, therefore it shall become’. A hero based around messing with reality, can temporarily create holes in walls, change the speed of projectilles, teporarily remove players and projectilles from the game, and change the intensity of gravity.
Bruiser:
- Role wide passive ‘Battle Hardened’ increases movement speed by 30%
Dva:
- Passive ‘Lightweight’ Recieves 30% more knockback when demeched (retains speed increase)
- Health from 300 to 150
- Boosters damage from 10 to 25
- Micro Missiles cooldown from 8 to 6
Zarya:
- Health from 200 to 250
- Shields from 200 to 150
Bastion:
- ‘Ironclad’ passive removed
- Armour from 100 to 200
- Configuration: Sentry can headshot after reaching minimum spread
- Self-Repair casting time removed
Doomfist:
- Health from 250 to 275
- Rising uppercut cooldown from 6 to 5
- Seismic Slam cooldown from 6 to 5
- Rocket Punch damage from 100/150 to 75/75
- Meteor Strike inner ring radius from 2 to 2.5
- Meteor Strike launches players airborn (like Piledriver)
Mei:
- Health from 250 to 275
- Endothermic Blaster primary fire damage from 55 dps to 65 dps
- Endothermic Blaster primary fire slow from 20% - 70% to 30% - 90%
- Endothermic Blaster no longer freezes enemies
- Blizzard slow from 20% - 70% to 30% - 90%
Torbjorn:
- Health from 200 to 225
- Turret health from 250 to 300
Damage:
- Role wide passive ‘Lightweight’ increses movement speed and recieved knockback by 30%
Ashe:
- Dynamite burn damage from 100 to 80 (130 total)
Echo:
- Sticky Bombs explosion damage from 25 to 23 ( full damage per bomb from 30 to 28)
Genji:
- ‘Cybernetic Agility’ passive increases movement speed by 40% (up from the role average of 30%)
- Health from 200 to 125
- Now has 75 shields
- Shuriken damage from 28 to 24
- Shuriken headshot multiplier from 2 to 3
- Dragonblade cost reduced by 10%
Hanzo:
- Storm Bow damage from 125 to 120
McCree:
- Flashbang duration from 0.8 to 0.7
Pharah:
- Fuel regeneration lowered to compensate for faster speed
- Barrage spread reduced by 20%
Reaper:
- Shadowstep cooldown from 10 to 8
Soldier 76:
- Tactical Visor falloff removed
Sombra:
- Hack duration from 5 to 6
Symmetra:
- Turret cast time from 0.5 to 0.3
Widowmaker:
- Widow’s Kiss scoped fire damage from 120 to 140
- Widow’s Kiss scoped fire headshot multiplier from 2.5 to 2
New Hero: ‘Sojourn’
Railgun hero. Has already been shown, no changes
Support:
- Role wide passive ‘Medical Expert’ recive 30% more healing from teammates and healthpacks
Ana:
- Biotic Rifle ammo from 12 to 10
Baptiste:
- Biotic Launcher direct healing from 70 to 65
- Biotic Launcher indirect healing from 50 to 55
Briggite:
- Armour removed
- Health from 150 to 225
Lucio:
- Crossfade speed boost from 25% to 20%
- Amp It Up speed boost from 60% to 40%
Moira:
- Biotic Grasp healing from 70 hps to 75 hps
- Fade cooldown from 6 to 8
Zenyatta:
- New passive ‘Float’ Zenyatta is unable to trigger enemy ground hazzards (like Steel Trap and Molten Core), has no footeps, and moves at 100% movement speed in all directions (from 90% when moving backwards)
- Discord Orb damage amplification from 25% to 30%
New Hero: ‘Red Fox’
A hero based around recon and supporting duels. Has the wall climb ability, main weapon is a large shuriken with low cleave damage but inflicts a bleeding effect, can tag individual enemies; allowing your team to see that enemy through walls, can give individual allies lifesteal from inflicting damage, ultimate is a guardian fox spirit that can be directed at allies and enemies. When colliding with the fox, enemies become tagged and gain damage vulnerability, allies gain lifesteal and damage resistance.
