1st suggestion: make new maps and characters playable in customs and practice range after the trial for it is done and removed until next season. 2nd suggestion: allow us to have avoid slots that make it so we can’t face against a certain opponent. Say I run into a Smurf or cheater and they absolutely stomp my team, I should be able to avoid having them in my game entirely.

We literally don’t. We did at one time and the excuse they used for taking it away from us (like many great things of the past) was because apparently some “pro widow main” couldn’t get a game because everyone kept avoiding them for being too good. Could be a made up story since they didn’t ever mention who.
They chose to cater to that one player instead of the other 99.99% of the community. Another poor decision by Team 4. Most top 500 players have honor and would welcome the challenge of facing any opponent who isn’t obviously cheating. And below that there are enough players that nobody is getting avoided to the point that they would never find a game.
Oh right I forgot that they’re isn’t a button that literally says “avoid as teammate”. Or is that NOT what you mean when you say you want to avoid someone as a teammate?
Yes, you do already have that ability 
avoid as teammate ≠ avoid as opponent

Also instead of being on wrong on the forums with your buddy WetWipe you should review the difference between their there and they’re and learn how to use them properly. I let it slide the first time.

They don’t care. The old team that all left cared. Not this new one. If they did they would get rid of the report tool. Everyone hates that sht. It has killed all comms and this game requires those.
