There is like zero reason for Ball to have 2 trillion hp and needing 3 dedicated hard counter picks to be dealt with every time he’s in a match btw.
Rock paper scissors between the tanks already bad but characters like Ball aren’t tamed by simply swapping to Orisa or Hog.

It’s not about him killing me, it’s about him not dying.
He doesn’t die in general unless 3 people focus on killing him or else he’ll boop and disrupt your team all match long.
Hammond need nerfs, yes, is one of the inmortal tanks.
As someone who likes to play Ball, it makes me wonder how out of touch they are by flat buffing him right after destroying the one character who can keep him in check
