Title says it all. Blizzard thinks muting without human review is the way to go, even though it hinders the majority when the better players decide to teach others because it isn’t our responsibility. Blizzard has been warned and educated numerous times and still think that muting and banning is going to bring them more players as they continue to lose hundreds every month.

I linked your profile. Silver 5 Moira player after 67 hours this season.
That doesn’t scream good. And looking through your stats this season. You just tap a 51% win rate on Moira. In very low silver. So against silver and bronze players you can only win half your games… On a hero where you should be running rampant through those lobbies if you just play aggressively.
Nearly 26 hours playing Torb and Sym… Only bronze 3 DPS.
I’m not going to claim I’m any good. But at least I’m playing diamond/masters.
Thanks for looking me up, champ. And I’m still better than every diamond and platinum, with a %100 win rate, unfortunatelyl, I can’t control the actions and failed attempts at gameplay of randoms. Your 66+ hours of Moira to only end up silver 5 with a 51% win rate suggests, maybe you aren’t as quick a learner as you think.
Plus the near 270 hours in quick play, and how ever many hours in previous seasons.

If you put as much effort into criticizing your own gameplay you wouldn’t be in silver, especially on Moira. Moira is so OP at the moment if you can’t carry games until plat there is a lot you need to improve on.

Yeah. Any support in silver 5 thinking they’d win a 1v1 against anyone higher than them on tank needs to give their head a good wobble.
