I have several missing skins after I updated the game. Including Soldier Heist, Wyvern mercy, Sombra magma, widowmaker Medusa and ramattra ocean king.
Same here! im missing two mythic skins, Sigma - Galactic Emperor, AND Adventurer tracer. its insane that they are not honoring previous system mythics and skins. people will be gullible and spend again on the companies and developers mistakes!

I believe its bc with xbox gamepass ultimate (if thats how you obtained them) only lets you keep those specific skins from the past 3 seasons and rotates after, I could be wrong but all those were 4 or more seasons ago which is why they may be gone. They do have the few that you keep regardless, again Im not exactly sure if thats the case or its just a bug!
All the skins mentioned used to be given with the Xbox Game Pass, they’re not available anymore. You’re not missing those skins, they were never yours, you just borrowed them for 2 seasons.
