I’ve noticed that multiple items have disappeared from my inventory, some skins and victory poses from what I’ve noticed so far, most being things I received in loot boxes. I’m not sure if Blizzard is aware of this bug, and haven’t seen anyone having the same issue, but just wanted to make people aware.
I’m glad I found you because this is exactly my problem too. Not only the multiple items, but also the ones I’ve opened from the chests recently are constantly changing back to locked. For example, Juno’s purple skin or Lifeweaver’s Petal toss highlight intro disappeared. Among other things…
I tried contacting customer service, but I usually got an AI response and finally was directed here. I got these responses:
“What usually has happened in cases like yours, is that players are telling the truth as they recall it, but actually have had another account they didn’t realize existed.”
(I don’t have any other accounts and no one else is playing on my computer. -.-)
or: “If it was a random bug we would expect a more random assortment of missing content both new and old and more reports from players.”
The problem is not new, I have experienced this before, and I thought they must be having trouble with the developments. But now I had to write because this annoying problem has happened to me so many times.
Right there with you guys. I’ve noticed missing skins or skins from loot boxes showing as “new” when I’ve had them forever a few times.
But now my Mauga Jotunn skin is missing and no one is able to help! I earned that through previous seasons and I want it back! It’s the first skin that’s gone missing that I’ve really cared about and I’m getting the run around from AI and then sent here. Where it appears… not much is being done?
Super frustrating experience!!! Makes me think twice about putting more money into the game.
That’s right. I’ve been playing for years. I can’t even count how many people I’ve promoted this game to, and many of my friends have joined and bought things. We deserve to not have our problems handled by AI.
Support is well aware. Have had a decently long and troublesome discussion with them.
