Multiple accounts for gaming arena without or1 mobile number

Hello,

I am the I.T. Manager at the Nationaal Videogame Museum in The Netherlands.
A part of our museum is about e-sports and multiplayer games, and we are building an arena with various games. We use special E-sport software on the computers (GGLeap) and we would like to add Overwatch 2 to our game list. The issue is i can create 15 separate accounts with one e-mailbox using aliases, but i cannot have 15 separate telephone numbers to validate them. Is there a way to do this, or some sort of special account we can request especially for this situation?

Also, is there promotion material available for us to use in the arena, like posters etc?
