Moving cursor with HDR enabled causes massive fps drops

If I enable HDR in the video settings then restart the game as prompted, whenever I’m moving the in-game mouse cursor (the white and yellow arrow) around (which appears very dull compared to other things btw), my frame rate (as reported by the in-game fps display) drops rapidly and the faster I move the mouse, the faster the fps drops and the lower it can drop to (it can get to 1fps and possibly lower if i keep rapidly flicking the mouse around). This includes the main menu (which I can cope with by just moving the cursor slowly, but it’s annoying) but also the comms wheel and hero select while in a match, which is much more of a significant problem and means that I cannot risk using it at all so I end up just disabling HDR completely.

The game itself plays fine other than that (a solid 60fps - all my GPU supports at this resolution) and looks lovely with the high contrast, but I seems to have some bug related to rendering the mouse cursor when HDR is enabled.

Same here, I have an LG monitor with HDR10 and a GTX 1050ti.
It lags a lot on the menus or in the action wheel in-game when HDR is enabled.
also, the cursor turns grey, not white.
