Hey there!
Recently I’ve experienced some strange bugs. It does not happen everytime but when it does, my character stops responding normally : I press w to move formard, the hero is either not moving or going backward. Same goes for the left and right, either not responding or going in the opposite way. Then after a few seconds, it will go back to normal.
I checked the forums, it appears I’m not the only one with the problem (can’t link so here are some of the usernames) : Gabriel8899, Xiro, FanaticDream, Lazer…
I’d like to know if there are even more people with this problem, if there is a solution ? Or even (miracle!) having a response from Blizzard staff…

Have you tried swapping keyboards yet? This will help verify if this problem is limited to just your hardware.
Do you have the program Discord Installed? If so, this may be the Discord Overlay bug causing this issue. While this problem is known to both Blizzard and Discord’s developers, please disable Discord’s Overlay features in that programs settings.
I tried swapping keyboards, closing both my GC manager and my graphic tablet software. I also tried to go full screen in game (I play in windowed without borders), deactivating the discord overlay but nothing worked.
