Movement abilities are *NOT* disabled for all champs in CTF Competitive

While most characters will drop the flag in CTF when using their movement enhancing abilities, this is not the case for everyone.

While the case can be made for Genji being able to still double-jump while carrying the flag, I am completely baffled as to why he is able to climb walls as a flag carrier. Wall riding as Lucio makes you drop the flag, why doesn’t wall climbing?

Additionally, Pharah can still fly as a flag carrier.

Are these bugs, oversights, or intentional choices?

I think that the devs banned wall ride because it increased speed.

Are you kidding? I think Genji is the only hero who never loses his abilities. He can use his abilities when flag carrying, ulting, while they are on cooldown, when hacked, and while respawning. You get the idea. I assume Genji’s designer has some “Nixonesk” audio tape on the CEO of Blizz.
