Gameplay is inverted on these game modes!
People will try hard on Arcade(where everything should be fun) just for the lootboxes, while on QP, wich is only COMP without SR, people will throw and play without any commitment to winning.

OR quickplay could have it’s own rewards system to encourage good play
It is funny to see ppl actually trying harder to win there than in comp mode. Maybe it should be comp mode exclusive.
I wonder why it is just not in all modes like it is in hearthstone for example. Or better yet - how about daily missions instead of weekly?
And the daily missions could give out gold instead of lootboxes.
Honestly no one try hards the game mode are just so unbalanced and broken it seems like to cough total mayhem cough sombra 2 second hack making it unplayable cough Brigitte 1 second stun cough

Doesn’t encourage good play in the slightest, people spam them for the free 150 xp
