I keep getting this bug where my mouse will stop being responsive for a second and then it becomes responsive again but it moves my screen to where ever I told it to move in that second. I thought it was my mouse until my buddy said he had the same issue and we both have wired mice.
I had this twice. Both times reinstalled mouse driver (Logitech) fixed it.
