The side buttons on my Corsair Sabre RGB gaming mouse do not work on Overwatch PC. Every time I try to press the buttons and or bind them to other actions while I am in Overwatch, they do not work. I even bought a new mouse and the same issue occurs.

Some mice alternate buttons may not work directly with Overwatch. You may need to check your mouse driver software and see if you can bind key bindings to the side buttons, then those keybindings can be mapped in Overwatch’s control settings.

My Logitech G302 used to work completely fine in OW, but now it can bind the side button of the mouse in the options, but it does not make the action in the game. Meanwhile my other thumb buttons works perfectly fine, apparently it only does this with the quick melee action, on everything else works perfectly fine.
Why does that even happens? That’s literally prohibiting the use of hardware, and it isn’t even a macro, it’s just a button to not have to move my fingers from my WASD keys.
Same issue. Using G502. Only button that works is the 04 button for Melee. My 05 was set for Reload, but after the update it no longer works.
Update: Ran the Logitech Gaming software update by pressing the Question Mark and Running “Check for Updates” and an update was available. Installed and now my side button bindings work again.

Could be my issue too. My side buttons and RGB lights dont work.
It’s happened again. Logitech G700s. From the most recent patch, unable to bind to side buttons (button 6 and 7). Updating software did not help.
