I guess they are more popular these days because people suck at video games but want to pretend they are good. In 2016 that was barely anyone’s concern.

ximming has gotten worse i think as to many discovered about the ximmer devices
I’ve played at high ranks on console since the beginning, and I don’t think there are nearly as many ximmers as everyone thinks. Most of the time I see accusations of it, watching the replay will show that wasn’t actually the case. I’ve been accused of ximming before, which I took as a funny compliment.
Something funny that I realized, not exactly related to this:
So my mate plays on Xbox too. I was wondering how he was typing so fast in the chat, and apparently if you plug a keyboard into the Xbox, the Xbox reads the keyboard inputs for chat only. You can’t move the character with MnK, just use the chat feature with the MnK.

Ah yes, back when the game was new, tech was new or i would say outdated and not as easily available to everyone, you didnt have issues.

Well, times changes. Sorry they didnt run it by you first.
There was definitely a lot. But since they implemented their detection systems it has been better for sure.
Note: I haven’t played much this season, so idk if that has changed, but I presume not.
