Mouse Issue when attacking

So I just recently bought a wireless keyboard and mouse. Tested it out in a game and I came across a weird issue

While using Zarya I was holding primary fire and I have self shield tied to M5, but it doesn’t work WHILE holding attack down only when not attacking. Adversely, M4 works just fine under these conditions, is there a reason only M5 reacts this way?

You would need to consult the manufacturer of the mouse, as they may have that key mapped different from how the game expects.
