Mercy wasn’t OP.
She was incredibly difficult to kill, but that was balanced by the fact that she’s probably not going to try to kill you and every DPS in the game can shoot through her healing.

Then revert that. Don’t mess with the CD that’s been the same since launch.
In fact if they want to revert GA techs all the way back to Mercy 1.0 days, people would probably be more on board with that than the CD nerf.

The only thing she can do now that she couldn’t before is the backwards GA and that got a fair 20% nerf. Everything else, she could do before.

The only thing that made it better was devs upgrading her kit while integrating super jump into ow2
A change which quite a few mercy mains were against and arguing with me that it was clunky and worse than ow1. Not that I blame them for their early interpretations, but we’re now getting nerfed to a worse state than ow1 for a change we didn’t even want.

I’m well aware that the Devs are stubborn. It is one of the many reasons that they aren’t good at this.
The fact that they won’t doesn’t change that that’s what they should do.
Would of been original in 2019.
People that do not know the character need to sit this one out. Half of you don’t even know what she had in OW1 and what’s different in OW2.
The only new thing is the GA cancel backwards(now 20% slower). Superjump was simplified to a single button press but was there before on multiple button presses, Slingshot was there before too.
