People say Sombra a lot, I agree she is a counter, but you can completely bully doomfist with tracer, you can chase him down, blink before he hits a CC or ability on you, surround him and kill him. He is like completely helpless since you can avoid pretty much all his abilities.
Yes, Tracer is also strong against Doomfist.

I wouldn’t say it’s a counter because it only works sometimes. It’s very unreliable if you’ll kill him and it requires a good bit of aim to kill him before he actually gets a kill. You’d have to track him near perfectly to 1clip him before he lands and begins his slam->uppercut combo on a teammate. Sombra just hands you a kill onto doomfist on a silver platter.
Tracer counters doomfist in the same manner that genji counters junkrat. He doesn’t, he just has a much easier time should they come to a fight.
Yep, that’s the problem there.
Doomfist can’t really do much about Tracer but Tracer can’t stop Doomfist from getting kills.
I wouldn’t say she’s a counter. Doomfist just has to try not to get caught out in the open, and make use of his primary fire. She typically will blink behind you.
