More transparency and feedback

The developers just don’t seem to listen to the community at all and it really hurts the game.

We’ve seen a high banrate for Freja in one of the recent posts, but S17 doesn’t bring any nerfs around? Not to mention that her cooldown nerfs were just random and didn’t fix her problem (she does too much damage).

Or Venture/Tracer buffs out of nowhere? Tracer was never a bad hero and Venture is quite hated because of the insane amount of damage, health and cc in Venture’s kit. And now that got buffed to stomp lobbies even more???

Why are players not being asked why they’re banning certain heroes or love/hate certain heroes? Or why they play / don’t play certain heroes?

It would help get information about what actually needs fixing rather than just random balance changes for no reason.

Also, can we get more stats about hero bans? I’d love to know how hero bans affected player’s ranks and the matchmaking.

Did some players climb/derank because of the bans and are there more stomps than before?

Are less / more players playing a certain role/hero because of the bans?

There are so many unanswered questions which would help understand the reasoning behind decisions being made.

I think this is more them not wanting to make knee jerk reaction changes. Added to the fact ban rates change quite dramatically over time.

And then add on to that the amount of time it could take to test any change.

We aren’t being ignored. They just aren’t very quick at doing things.

sometimes i feel the only way to get things to change is to write a letter addressed to the CEO letting her know of the problems the game and even battlenat is facing
