Are they really going to keep giving him buff ? he is literally one of the most complete heroes in the roster and instead of giving him the nerf he deserves they give him a buff , that there can’t be a single season without keeping giving buff to heroes that are already very good ? literally free cd for doing nothing , lots of damage , no decent cc and the only one there is can reflect it please , who keeps giving buff to tracer and Sombra to keep them as a must pick in OWL ?
You still have time to delete this and save your family. Hurry
some good trolling right here lol
he really didnt need that buff
the only thing i would say remove nano for blade first
than buff his 30 ammo
Some very brave opinions here
The only buffs i think he really needed was just reverts to the nerfs he received back in S1 or was it 2 can’t remember.
Point is his problem was the dps passive well they fixed that but not Genji so to me fair is fair and he wrongfully stayed nerfed
He just got his ammo reverted. Chill out, genji heavily needed the ammo nerf reverted. Just because you hate genji doesn’t mean you should be happy when a hero is trash tier. Unless you played him before the ammo revert, you wouldn’t understand how bad genji really was. I hate people that will rather see heroes be completely useless instead of getting good and simply learning how to properly counter someone. Its pure laziness that most of you rather get a hero that counters you get nerfed to the ground instead of switching to counter him back. Genji got the ammo revert, he’s not suddenly meta.
I’m guessing it is going to be offset by the new McCree nade, but we will see.
If he does too well, they will nerf him down, if the nade goes too well, they will buff him further.
Personally, I think they will find he will be too strong at the lower ranks, and not strong enough at the higher ones with these changes, because the ammo buffs are helping him more in low ranks, where a damage buff would help him more in higher.
They pushed it accidently but if it doesn’t cause problems, it will stay, if it does it won’t.
what are you talking about if they killed all his counters in ow2 and with the increased mobility of the game they only benefited him even his braindead passive was ultra enhanced now he doesn’t even have to do the kill to reset the cd and with the ultimate he gets more cd for free again they literally made him a braindead hero.
In terms of easy to use I’d put Genji low-mid.
A great many DPS have methods which are pretty easy to use. Echo/Reaper bully tanks. Use your massive DPS to try to overwhelm the enemy tank with consistent pressure. You’ll either kill the tank or put so much pressure on it it’ll draw the supports onto the tank more often. Torbjorn can sort of do the same with Overload + Shotgun and if the turret is in place. Keeping a Moira from doing damage and depleting her healing resource is good value for example.
Pharah is probably the ‘easiest’ flanker or off angle hero to use. She has nearly no mobility restrictions and can maintain some very awkward positions to have to deal with as well as offering some incredibly easy dive bombing flanking methods when you say concussion blast double rocket someone or just point blank ult for 1-2 kills.
Genji is easy to use, but lacking the easy effectiveness. He gets two very easy to use damage methods from alt fire and swift strike with a very easy to use ult in the form of blade. Blade is much more effective at securing kills than many heroes like Echo, Tracer, Sombra, Torbjorn, etc.
He’s a rather ‘tanky’ unit when you factor in his mobility lets him get to places cheaply and easily. Along with deflect lets him literally turn into a rather unkillable tank for 2seconds. Enough to either get to cover or stall off swift strike making it really a 6sec cooldown ability.
Genji is just difficult to deal with and keep away from people and I’m nervous about making his damage too powerful.
No longer valid lol
Just blizzard balancing I guess ? based on the most upvoted message on reddit
what we can instantly see by just reading patch notes they need 6 months- a year of data to realize, genji doesn’t need a buff just because he’s not popular in overwatch league
