Monkeybrains Latency Issues

Hello!

I’m having intermittent issues playing Overwatch games since the winter patch.

In issue US66349115, we found a problematic node in my traceroute to Blizzard servers however, follow-up calls to customer support mentioned that more reports could be useful to pinpoint the issue.

I wanted to open this thread to help find more Monkeybrains users in the San Francisco Bay Area who may be experiencing latency issues and gather more data.

For others experiencing issues, consider posting WinMTR results per previous instructions to help track down this issue.

Yes. Please help with this! I’ve been having the same issue for several weeks now.

When things are working correctly, I get ~40-50 in Latency and <40 IND. It goes up to 120+ on both when the problem arises. I’ve been having severe latency problems in maybe half of my games.
