Pretty much what title says. There is supposed to be a little black hole in the center of her right palm, which is present in the menu, but not in game- in game it’s just a pitch black spot in the middle of her hand and it’s just not there.
This issue is present on both epic and low graphic presets. I would’ve provided a couple of screenshots to help you guys better understand the issue, but i don’t know how does one upload a pic here :v
