Moira’s beam range is way too long. She literally can track you with it half way across the point. People know how ridiculous her range is and they abuse it in comp and qp. Kinda feels broken to be completely honest.
Edit: This was kinda worded poorly cause I was tired when I wrote this but what my main problem is, is her beam, not the damage it does, just the beam.
Its not something I, as Lucio, can outrun and usually half the time when I’m targeted, I don’t even know where its coming from. I’ve seen her get Pharahs with it as well, I don’t think she was to close to the ground either.
If you wanna talk about her damage or anything, I’ve seen her get more hero damage than her dps so that’s also a thing and its weird how her orb can go through Mei walls not sure if that was intended or not and they last for a good amount of time as well.
(Yes I know Mei walls do take the orb damage.)

I personally disagree. Her beam range, while long, does not do damage very quickly.

Considering that damaging is how she heals, her range is appropriate, but with the sombra changes you can more easily force fade out to kill her without her retreatig

Go on to overbuff, sort heroes by damage per game.
Scroll WAY down to the bottom and see where Moria is. Rethink your post.

If you’re trying to 1v1 a Moira you’re going to have a bad time unless you’re a tank.
She needs the range to recharge her heals from a safe distance. And remember if she’s going full on DPS chasing down enemies doing dmg and using more dmg orbs over healing orbs she’s not doing the best she can for her team.
No. Moira is one of the few truly balanced heroes in the game right now. Her 20m ranges is not very far. Once again bad players who don’t understand positioning can’t deal with a balanced hero so they cry for nerfs. Seriously, how can so many players not understand fundamental mechanics and not develop basic game sense by now???
If you truly want to 1v1 her pick mei, Moira can’t kill her fast enough to avoid getting frozen
It’s not her range that’s the main issue, it’s the fact that she can outheal damage being done to her. Her damage may be low but her life steal makes her unbearable for some characters like flankers. Her and Brigette are going to make flankers unusable. Plus, she doesn’t even have to aim, just hold left click, and kind of follow the enemy and you’ll kill the enemy. Although, I might just feel this way because I’m a Genji Weeb, and am just pissed that I suck too much to kill an ugly toothpick.
Here we go again.
This will have been the 15th post on this. They are getting efficient at it as well.
Moira is fine. She needs it to recharge her primary heal ability. Also if you’re with your team then you should be ok as her damage is rather low.
Well, if a flankers job is to flank and kill the healers. But they get killed by the healer, then what’s the point?
Moira range is a JOKE haha
Sorry, no. With Moira and now Brigitte, this era is over. Adapt or… die to supports that can defend themselves.

She heals 33HPS without the orb, literally very character, including another Moira, can out-damage that.
Pick burst damage to deal with her, so Tracer is still a good pick if you’re good enough. Genji has more issues and him having a counter is not a problem at all.
Other good choices include Pharah, McCree, Junkrat, Roadhog… actually… literally all of the tanks hinder her in some way.
Stop standing still! LOL!
No…she dont need a nerf…maybe her bean is too long but rest she fine.
All these nerfs about Moira are really irrelevant with Brigitte on the horizon. Armor is Moira bane for damage and Brigitte gives armor out like its going out of style.
Didn’t focus on the damage just saying the range on the beam is too much.
That’s the point though. You can’t just look at the strengths and ignore how the weaknesses balance it.
I mean you didn’t have to respond lol. Its my opinion and how I feel about her. It bothered me to the point where I came to the forums to talk about it like a human-being thinking I could discuss it with other human-beings.
