Ana can hypothetically do the most heals in the game to one target but she’s a glass cannon. She can easily be flanked and disrupted…she has no mobility
Mercy did 60hps and was broken at 50 she still provides great healing but it’s not on par with moira’s…
Moira’s healing… She’s hard to flank…can evade very well…has insane heals… If may be too much
She has very limited healing ability. She doesn’t have unlimited heals, and instead can easily run out of she’s not careful. Not to mention her orb isn’t that good, as it can easily bounce away from those who need healing. She’s perfectly fine as is.

She is balanced because she doesn’t have any strong utility like Ana. The only reason you’d ever take need Moira over Ana is if you’re being harassed by flankers.

Yeah no.
It aint that much heals just saying. She also needs to recharge her hand and her orbs have cooldowns.
Once somebody knows how to aim, Moira is done for. Even a Genji with good shuriken management can easily shut down a Moira.
On the other hand, the more an Ana is mechanically sofisticated and the more she ranks up, the more she will find it easier to defend herself against flankers with her primary and sleep dart.
Heals on a resource. Low DPS. No utility. Cannot heal through barriers.
That’s a good amount of downsides

Moira’s downside is that she offers no utility. Other main healers increase their teammate’s damage, or block enemy healing, or even bring them back from the dead.
Moira can’t make her teammates better. She just keeps them alive. It’s part of why she’s less viable in the higher ranks. If you pit two grandmaster DPS players against each other, the one with damage boost will beat the one with just healing, even though the healing is greater.

Matter of facts, barrierwatch is not Moira’s favorite environment, you gotta play with less utility as the other supports and more clutter from shields and things that would bother you.
I’d rather play Ana for utility, baptiste for some clutch saves, zen for the orbs bonus, mercy for dmg boost and beams that arent stopped by barriers and lucio for speed utility than having moira with just the most basic of all things in utility : heal, damage, escapability.
That’s literally all Moira has, you either heal, damage to charge back heals, both or flee.
I hate to be that person but you have 4 minutes play time on Moira.
Don’t forget barriers are everywhere now.

Moira’s HPS isnt even that great.
Every DPS out damages her LMB with like half accuracy.

Meanwhile, Ana heals about as much and has some of the strongest utility in the game, and Baptiste heals more and also has pretty good utility in Lamp.
If anything, she may need a buff

Also Mercy’s healing has an effective range of 20m cos thats how far she can fly.

If nothing, she’s underpowered in healing power right now.
Her damage is fine if not too much, but her healing/definsive utility is really underpar right just because of the lack of utility in her kit. Her heal/s should probably be increased to 90, or even 100, at the cost of some offensiveness power in her kit, imo.
Best solution rn imo, is reduce m2 damage to 35 gradually increased to 50 after 2 sec of lockon, and increase heal to 90 gradually increasing to 110 after 2 sec of continious healing (lingering effect pauses timer but does not accumulate into it).
