Moira is bugged at the moment

Currently, there’s a problem with Moira in the game where she’s sending Damage Orbs instead of Heal Orbs. Normally, when you use her Biotic Grasp for healing, pressing Biotic Orb should release a Heal Orb, and the other way around for Damage. It should follow what you’re currently doing with Biotic Grasp, whether it’s Heal or Damage.

Moira is an excellent Hero for players with accessibility needs. You can press the Biotic Grasp button to heal, and if you keep your finger on the Biotic Grasp Damage button, when you release the Biotic Grasp Heal, Moira should instantly switch to Biotic Grasp Damage. So, you can heal with Biotic Grasp, and while healing, press Biotic Orb, and it should release a Heal Orb. However, right now, even if you’re actively using Biotic Grasp for healing, pressing down on the Biotic Grasp Damage button causes it to release a Damage Orb instead of a Heal Orb, which is not working as intended.

Moira has an healing orb? Never used it.

Check your character settings. They added a new option for swapping orbs under Moira, and that might be the source of the issue.

Sounds like you may have an override active for moiras controls, you should take a look at your settings.

When looking at controls look to the far right of the screen and go to select character. In the new screen, if there is an override active you can delete it and return to defaul settings.

I got this random issue too with a few heroes after the update with keys being randomly unbound. But this fixed it.
