Hawkeye is a clown 
doing circus tricks to make up for his lack of power.
Gameplay wise hanzo is leagues above whatever Hawkeye is.
Anyway regarding shooting juno.
It’s not really difficult once you get the hang of her movement, you may not plink her easily with primary but body shots and storm are not too difficult
