I am either losing hard or winning hard. 80% of the time i am losing hard. Everyone is complaining that the dps players are not doing their job.
If i as a tank has 8.5k dmg done and 1 dps has 4.3k dmg done and the other dps has 2.3k damage done then it’s clearly their fault.
It’s like this every game and it’s annoying. The games i do win i am spawn camping the enemy. There is no balance whats so ever.

nope. Could also be a support issue or you’re not playing with your team. Don’t get me wrong. Not saying this is the reason.
It’s really hard to say what exactly is going on here without a replay code.
There’s so many possibilities, as one teammate’s performance can often affect another’s.
this game is odd that way in that there can be a huge DPS gap, support gap or tank gap in any given game even if there shouldn’t be.
If the roles aren’t enabling each other to do their jobs on one team, but the other team they are, it will be a stomp with big gaps on the scoreboard even if the two teams look similarly skilled “on paper.”
I have had games where I play D.Va and can dive into the enemy team, with my team behind me, get the other team distracted and play very well and survive, being healed all the way, while my DPS picks off their DPS that are trying to deal with me.
Next game I might approach the same map in the same scenario with my team behind me, move into the enemy team assuming my team is right behind me moving in with me, and get shredded in 2 seconds, while my team has run away for some reason and then bawling at me for “going in alone” like I should have looked in some rear view mirror to see that they ran away. then the toxicity snowballs from there and GG go next.

That’s been my experience with S4. S3 had very closely matched games. S4 is much more steam roll or be steamrolled. I’ve one account climbing, and another dropping on the back of two long losing streaks. The tank diff has been especially hard.
