Just finished a game and got 688 Xp but had finished 2 challenges each one rewarded 5k of Xp.
So right now I’m 10 000 Xp short and this isn’t the first time!

Yep, same here. I have a screenshot where I did one daily and two weeklies, and I only got 6.6K experience.
That is even worse than me when xp is hard to come by!
Can we get a splash screen in the game when the matter is fixed?
Where is the developer comments as this has been previously reported months ago by my partner which still hasn’t received any response from customer service or the dev’s. Wouldn’t a screenshot and a basic account review prove that this is a known issue that should be acknowledged and all accounts credited with the missing XP accordingly

I’m really done with Blizzard I have supported them since the days of Warcraft Tides of Darkness and have backed them at every turn but their customer service is really appalling as they advise to raise it in the forums here where it gets no response from developers which apparently have other priorities. It’s really at the point where we are now paying a premium for what was previously included with the game we paid full price.
I would encourage more people to start raising complaints to their local consumer groups as they are providing a defective product with false and misleading information.
