I purchased the watchpoint pack months ago on my PS5 and when I logged into OW 2 today, none of the goodies i.e Kiriko, skins and currency, were not there. I also randomly have a butt ton of competitive points I didn’t earn? Please help?
Update: I was able to long on successfully yesterday after the server maintenance and played about ten games with friends. Kiriko was finally unlocked, but I still don’t have the cosmetics that are supposed to come with the pass. I also still have the extra 100,000 comp points so I think I’m just gonna buy everyone’s golden weapon because it appears that they aren’t leaving anytime soon.

Im having the same issue, i bought the watchpoint pack on my xbox before merging accounts to my pc, i havent got any of the rewards within the watchpoint pack

Thr comp points that “you didnt earn” are duplicate points. The last few months people have been able to (wether they knew it or not) double dip on some things. If you watched OWL and earned points-- you actually earned points on both console and PC. And then the accounts merged- giving you double points. The same with loot boxes last few weeks. I play on ps5 but i was logging in every few days on pc to get the daily loot boxes and arcade boxes. You could earn them on console and pc-- and again- now theyve merged but fir a bit- it was double dipping.

As far a watchpoint pack- i have same problem. I ddnt recieve the battlepass or the 2000 credits or the 2 new legenday space raider skins yet.
Poison dart lucio is missing alltogether as well— dosnt even show up on the list of skins. Thats my favorate skin on my main character so im gonna be pissed if that isnt fixed.
Im also missing a sigmas Rime skin that shows as locked now… but that shows on the list- jus locked like a never earbed it. Where as lucios dart skin is competely gone.
I dunno.

Yes i can relate to the problem that other people are having. I bought the watchpoint bundle previously when the beta came out. It was a requirement to play the beta, so i proceeded with the transaction. Now that i have loaded into the game, i didnt receive the rewards it came with such as the battle pass and the skins. It also gives the option to buy the bundle again knowing I’ve already confirmed my purchase. I have proof of receipt, and would the overwatch team please fix this bug as soon as possible. Thank you for everything you do.

Same here ive been playing overwatch since moira’s release, and i bought the watchpoint pack on july 2nd 2022 and have receipts! Please i really need my stuff that i paid 40 euros for!! Please help

Your not alone brother. My cousin and i 2 also bought the pack for the beta. And we didnt see the premium season pass with the 2 space skins. And extra coins. Hope they fix the bug. Im not ready to give bizzard my money so soon.
