Missing Ana and Cassidy Ultrawatch Skins that were equipped (also paid for) and now gone since the beginning of season 15, now Maximillian’s Vault is offering the Cass Ultrawatch skin…Weirdly enough, I now have random skins that I never paid for so… Weird exchange I guess
do you happen to have gamepass? Because with gamepass you can use every shop skin from the last 3 seasons for free, and they rotate as new seasons start.
So unless you actually remember paying for the ultrawatch skins, they were only rental skins but aren’t anymore as they were season 11 shop skins.
I do have the gamepass but I bought the Ultrawatch skins from their bundles
hmmm…the only thing I would recommend then is finding your digital receipt and submit a ticket with it to prove you purchased them. Even then they’ll most likely just advise you to come here, (as if we can give you your skins back). Blizzard support is kind of useless.
That sucks though 
Yeah I already submitted a ticket and they pretty much just told me to make a bug report with detail because they’re already looking into it due to other peoples reports but it is what it is
