Ok so I got overwatch a little earlier in the year (some time in feb) and ever since I installed the game, I’ve experienced a strange bug where the vast majority of my in-game ui is missing. I cant see my profile icon, hero icons on the select screen, who my team or the enemy team are playing (when hitting tab), aswell as any custom games available. So when I go to custom games I can join them but can’t see them and have to blindly click and see what I’ve joined. Also in ranked the only way to see my team comp is to hit h in spawn and see which heros are greyed out, and as the for enemy team comp, there is no solution. Theres a bunch of other little bits of UI missing, but this is the main stuff. I’ve tried resetting video settings, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc but can’t seem to find a solution. pls help.
Sounds like you accidentally hid your UI. Try pressing Alt+Z and see if it works. That’s the default button combination to toggle UI.
Otherwise, in the options menu, go to Controls and scroll all the way down to “Toggle UI” and see which key/key combination is used to toggle the UI.
No, unfortunately not. I tried Alt + Z and all it did was remove the remaining UI I had left. To be clear, most of the ui outside the stuff mentioned still works fine. In addition to this I feel I should mention it’s kinda glitchy sometimes, like in specific cases the bugged UI fixes itself. For example I mentioned in the previous post that heros dont show up on the tab screen for my team and enemy team and this is true but for some strange reason this comes with the exception of ashe, and sometimes wrecking ball and doomfist (seemingly depending on the skin being used at the time) And in another example I clicked the play button and saw the symbol for my competitive rank (usually hidden) which remained there for a second and then disappeared. Also I don’t think I mentioned in the my first post that all hero icons in the kill feed are also missing. Any other possible fixes?, I really need help with this. Thanks

I have the exact same problem! Did you find a solution to the problem yet? I just installed Overwatch and I had a similar experience with everything youve discribed
