I contacted support about this but they told me they couldn’t help me, and sent me to the US bug report forums for this so I hope I can be helped further here.
I still have my top500 Open Queue Player Icon, and my Top500 Open queue Spray but I no longer have the weapon charm that comes with it. So I have 2 out of the 3 rewards, I don’t know why or what happened but I hope you can help me with this and hopefully restore it.
Again, I am an EU player but EU doesn’t have a bug report forum, and support sent me here.
