Hello, after reinstalling Overwatch, I noticed that I’ve lost all my progress—including my level, skins, and friends list. I see this as a problem because it’s frustrating to lose all my progress, and since I previously spent money to open loot boxes, it feels like I’ve wasted that money. I’m asking that you look into this and fix it, or find a way to compensate me financially for my previous expenses.
There are no staff in this forum to look into your account(s). You would need to open a ticket to have a conversation with an employee.
Ultimately, you have likely logged into the wrong account. Many people forget they have secondary or tertiary accounts and argue they have only one account, but if you had progress at one point, you still have an account out there somewhere that contains it. Blizzard does not wipe your account progression or skins.
