So, during the X-Box event where subscribing could get you some bonus goodies, I forgot to unsubscribe after a couple of months.
After which, I noticed something when getting out of a game. A couple of my characters are missing their loot skins. Even the Kiriko one, which had “Kunai Spin” the “Oni” skin and even my Soldier 76 Heist skin.
A few other things I had are just GONE
I don’t know if it had to do with the Linked pass that gave me access to them or not, but has anyone else dealt with this?
BOTH are gone and missing
If you got them via (XBox) GamePass, they’re gone. You only get those temporarily save a few that got relegated to an onboarding bundle, you’d have to purchase them when they do their shop run to keep them.

If you bought the skins specifically, via a bundle or single purchase from the OW shop you should look into filing a support ticket, but it sounds like it’s a GamePass temp cosmetic expiring.

Had it happen to me as well im missing my kirko highight intro but i coulda swore i baught it with my actual gold coins once it was in the item shop 2 times and now just today its completely gone now as if i never buyed it same with my night ops skin it just went missing after i used my gold coins on it
The only permanent part of that offer was the 6 skins
The other thing you got was access to recent shop skins…which is on a rotation…if you still had your subscription would also be missing those skins, but you would also have access to a different set of skins (for the time being)
