I’ve had 3 accounts throughout my time playing OW, I’ve had Xbox, Ps4, and PC. I’ve properly merged all of my accounts and consolidated them to my PC, yet I’m still missing my Officer D.va skin and Oni Genji skin. I followed all of the steps in account recovery and still nothing. Seeing the Oni skin available as a merch reward knowing I should have it is more than frustrating, and my Officer D.va skin is completely gone despite having the sprays and everything else. Did anyone who merged their account keep the Officer D.va skin?

I am also missing stuff from merging when linking my game pass in battlenet I’ve lost all my stuff and so far they haven’t really done anything about it
