Hello, so I opened around 20 lootboxes, epic and legendary and I acquired the skins ´Nightfall` for Illari and another one for Rheinhardt specifically but they are not unlocked for me to use on my account. The lootboxes were used but the skins are not available. Some of the other loot from other lootboxes has been added to my account, unfortunately this one has not.

Happened the same with me got sig maestro and the skin is not available in gallery

the same problem. They don’t even show up in my container history.

I have the same problem, 2 legendary skins for phrara missing, it shows that I can buy them, but I got them from lootboxes…
I am having the same problem- skins unlocked, but since new season it just shows i can purchase them again!
im so glad im not the only one with this issue
At least you never paid real money just bought the mercy beach skin and it’s not unlocked it says I’ve purchased it but it’s still showing as locked:sob:
