Missing skin in a bundle I bought

I bought a bundle of skins for Hanzo on nov 15th 2024 named Lot cyber ninja (it’s the bundle’s name in French, for I play on EU serveur).
On the 6 different items this bundle was composed of, I didn’t receive Hanzo’s skin named cyber ninja although it was marked as unlocked.
After a few hours, the skin was still unavailable, but marked as “unspecified” (in English).
After a few more hours, the skin was marked as locked and the day after (yesterday nov 16th), the bundle wasn’t sold anymore in the shop and the skin for Hanzo doesn’t appear anymore in the list of Hanzo skins.

I would like to get that skin because it was the main item of this bundle I bought.

Same exact thing happened to me with the Scion Hanzo bundle. Please Blizzard give us the skins we’ve paid for

I purchased the Hanzo Scion bundle from the shop and didn’t get the main skin that was available in the bundle, I only got his Icon, a highlight intro, and voice lines. I made this purchase on PS5 (groovy_ozzie15) and my battle.net account (Yvie#11691) I just want the skin I purchased.

The purchase was made Nov 12th 2024 with in game currency (924 Overwatch Coins) After a few hours, the skin was still unavailable but marked as “unspecified”. It eventually disappeared and I still didn’t own it after purchase.
