Hey,
I’ve contacted support multiple times since originally posting this but they cant help with this certain issue and told me to keep reposting here. its been 6+ months with this and have received no response and no fix.
During the Halloween event I had either received in game or bought every item. (skins, emotes,voices, portraits…ect…) I logged in after the patch on dec. 13/2017 and searched through each Hero to see what was new for the winter event and noticed my Torbjorn Viking Halloween 2017 skin is missing. its now locked. not sure if the patch caused the issue or if it disappeared before then. why? what happened? how can this get fixed.
ive contacted support and been on the forums for almost 6+ months asking with zero response
Still not even a response let alone a fix…
