I am missing 3 character skins that were previously in my inventory and I had been wearing and using in game. The three skins are Lifeguard Lifeweaver, Strawberry Echo, and Ultrawatch Ana. Before they disappeared entirely, they would become unequipped and my character would be wearing the default Overwatch 2 skin. I could re-equip them for a while, but they are now completely gone. I have reached out to support and they suggested I make a post here to report the bug. It is frustrating to deal with after spending a decent amount of money on this game. Hopefully they can fix it, they were some of my favorite skins.
I’m also having this issue, how do we even contact Blizzard about it?

I have the same issue. I’m missing Ultrawatch Cassidy skin and Ultrawatch Ana skin. I still have the other Ultrawatch skins.
I just checked and I am missing Lifeguard Lifeweaver and Strawberry Echo. This is a big problem. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly. Checking all my skins now.
