It has been over a week since i merged accounts but all my ow1 cosmetics are missing. Sent a support ticket as i was unsure of how long it would take. after a few days of tickets, i recieved this :
"From my understanding, you have merged your Console account and your Battle.net account but noticed there are some skins missing. No worries at all, I will take a closer look at this one for you.
After extensive investigation and reading previous Game Masters responses,I was able to see that both accounts have merged sucsesfully, so this seems to be a bug in our game. "
and hence why im creating a bug report.
