Missing Noir skin from Xbox merge

I’m missing my Widowmaker noir skin from my Xbox merge. I’m currently playing on ps5. It has been linked to my blizzard so idk what’s going on but I can’t put a support ticket in to blizzard cause it is requiring me to attach some PC files despite me playing on ps5

Same. Are you also missing all the origins edition skins? Because I sure am :smiley:

That’s the only skin I’m missing so far that I can tell. I hope they can give it back to us :cold_sweat:

I did have this, if you go to manage game on all games and apps, it was there “ready to install”. I don’t know if it’ll be the same for you but that’s where it was. Not me I should say, my mate when we we figuring it out

I looked in my all games section on ps5 and the add ons but it isn’t there :disappointed_relieved: thanks for the help though

Hello, I am also missing my Noir skin, I went from ps4 to PC and its missing on all platforms. Kinda scared because its nowhere…

I checked on ps4 and mine is still there. I really hope it isnt locked to the platform as they did promise to transfer all cosmetics…
