Hello Blizzard, Im just now recently coming back to OW2 and I’m having a blast. Im loving where you guys took the game with stadium and these new hero designs and skins like seriously you guys are doing great, But im here reaching out because I’ve just noticed that my Genji Mythic skin that I had spent hours and hours for just to grind out the battle pass is missing. Unfortunately I stopped playing around shortly after season 2 release after almost grinding for the Zeus junker queen skin which I do not believe I had gotten unfortunately which is another sick awesome skin. I reached out to support already and I did the steps that they had told me and nothing worked lastly they provided me the option to make a forum to report a bug to let this side of the team handle it, but regardless Im a little confused because I know I had this Genji skin and I had all the levels unlocked etc. If you guys could help me out in anyway that would be great. Thank you!
