I got 30 mythic prisms from linking my Xbox account, but when I attempted to buy the Sigma mythic skin it said there was an error and then I restarted my game but when I got back on they all just disappeared. I’ve restarted my game and tried whatever I can but my prisms aren’t back. I would like to have my prisms please. Anyone else having this problem?
have you looked in your hero gallery to see if it’s given you the skin? would explain why the prisms got took away, could’ve processed the transaction whilst your game was restarting
