Missing Mythic Prisms?

I just got to level 48 in the BP which means I should have 50 prisms to get the Mercy Mythic Skin. However, it only shows me having a balance of 10 for some reason. I don’t think I could have even accidentally spent them on anything, I already have all the other mythic skins in the shop.

I’m having a similar issue to this as I spend some prisms on a level 2 mythic skin while entering a game and the currency was consumed by the skin was not unlocked. again I was supposed to have 50 total as well.

Im having a similar issue. I should have 30 right now, but i only have 10, which is confusing.

Have you opened up the BP since then?
