so today i logged in and realized i am missing overwatch league and contenders skins from overwatch 1, some of these skins were earn drops from yt and twitch and the other ones where bought, some of these skins are all the way from 2019, i even submitted a report with screenshots as evidence but idk if that works. i hope i can get some help since these skins been in my account for almost 7 years and this happening really sucks.
