I came into overwatch and was going to show my cousin that I had 99 out of 100 mercy stuff unlocked but i was surprised to see that my mercy Valkyrie skin was missing i have every thing else except that and the sugar plum fairy I dont I just want my skin back i play on the Xbox and my gt is Thrownpig051.

I have also had this problem as most of my films skins are missing. Shrike for Ana, Mystery man for McCree, Carbon Fiber for Genji, Officer D.Va, and the list goes on. I would like my skins back and my gt is S0u1 A1ch3mist.

This is a known issue on Xbox currently being investigated, try doing a full shut down of your Xbox game console then power up and log back on (this helps refresh account data), then check again. If that does not work, report in this thread:
